  • When and where is CWFF 2018?

Catskills Wine and Food Festival takes place on Saturday October 6th and Sunday October 7th, 2018. Our event takes place on the beautiful Echo campground in Bloomingburg, New York.

  • What time do gates open each day and when does the music/tastings start and end?

Gates to the festival open on both Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM. We highly recommend taking a look at the Schedule for a full view of the two-day event. The action is jam-packed but beyond the bright lights of the big stage are awesome activities and activations throughout the campground.

  • Is there an age limit for CWFF?

The Catskills Wine and Food Festival is an event for 21 + only.

  • Do you allow re-entry into the festival?

Yes, re-entry will be allowed on a daily basis prior to 7 PM. Only one re-entry per patron. You MUST have a wristband on to re-enter the festival grounds and an EventBrite ticket. We strongly recommend downloading the EventBrite app to keep your ticket in a safe place on your mobile device.

CWFF will distribute a limited number of media credentials. Complete a Request Form online by Clicking Here.

Believe it or not, you can! A limited number of cabins are available for purchase when buying your ticket. One cabin that accommodates up to 16 people includes bunk beds, a bathroom (two sinks, two stalls, two showers), and electricity (please see a list of banned items for overnight guests). Cabins are sold through Eventbrite when purchasing your event tickets.

  • What's the deal with parking?

Parking is limited. Area hotels and casinos are offering shuttles to/from the festival each day and ground transportation is available as well.

  • How far away is the festival site from mass transit?

Great question! Echo campground is located just 15 minutes from Middletown New York's train station (NJ Transit). You can get a taxi, uber or lyft from the station to the festival or we will be offering shuttles from the Galleria Mall in Middletown where additional parking is available.

  • I read through all of the FAQs but, I still have some more questions.

No worries! The CWFF festival team will continue to add to our FAQs as we inch closer to the festival. Shoot us over an email and a member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
